I am an esthetician based out of Reno, NV. I specialize in gender-neutral Brazilian waxes for every body. I always tell my clients that everyone has some sort of unwanted hair throughout their life and I am here to help. I have been waxing for two years now. Ensuring my guests are comfortable and informed, while providing a smooth service is my number one priority. • If you need an appointment time outside of my normal business hours, please fill out my contact form and I will do my best to accommodate you. •
CANCELLATION POLICY
• There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. If you are able to reschedule for the same week, fee will be waived. Limit one (1) reschedule per appointment within the 24 hour period. • • 100% fee will be charged for no shows & will need to be paid in full before next service can be scheduled. • • I understand that things happen. Your health and safety are important to me & myself. If there is unsafe driving conditions, you’re feeling unwell or have been exposed to illness, please reschedule your appointment. The cancellation fee will still apply within the 24 hour cancellation window if you are unable to reschedule for the same week. • • If you will be more than 5 minutes late, please contact me, so we can reschedule. If I can get you in the same day, the 50% cancellation fee will be waved. •
